Our Tea Room is located in the heart of the castle, Crown Square. The walls have been painted a rich Dutch blue, embellished with touches of copper/brass, vintage mirrors and botanical foliage to keep things feeling fresh, modern but still with a rugged Scottish ambience. The perfect setting to relax and enjoy afternoon tea.
Pre-booking is required.

Our Afternoon Tea packages includes castle entry. For that added special treat there's the option to add a glass of Prosecco or an Edinburgh Castle Gin.
Afternoon Tea Experience
A castle entry ticket is required and must be booked separately. This ticket excludes castle entry. Perfect for English Heritage, Manx and Cadw, Historic Scotland Explorer Pass, Young Scot, Guided Tour or Flexi ticket holders who have booked entry to the castle separately.
Please inform us of any dietary requirements when booking by choosing from the list of options.
